1) My Education & Experience
A good Realtor will be able to handle the complex paperwork process that most prospective home buyers aren’t familiar with. Why wouldn’t you hire a state-licensed real estate agent who has taken hours upon hours of education and training to ensure that you receive the very best service available. Not only do I understand the complex procedure of real estate transactions but I will save you valuable time by scheduling home viewings and open houses around your busy schedule. I am also a member of the Kentucky Association of Realtors (KAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Closing can be a very confusing time where the client signs a seemingly endless stack of papers. Afterwards you will probably have more questions about things you may not have asked about during closing which I will also be able to resolve. I don’t fade away into the shadows after closing on your new home like many agents do!
